Price.
Location.
Comfy bed.
Good shower.
Clean.
No towels (but I had my own)
Couldn't get TV to work for my anxiety needs for back ground noise, had to use my phone which had to make sure was fully charged for my outing.

Flat was clean and cosy. Bed was comfortable and made upon arrival. Tea and coffee provided. Really nice space and size.
Great location for walking into Cardiff centre.
Unfortunately we couldn't get the hot water to work from any tap but didn't try until very early Sunday morning and didn't want to contact the hosts so early on a Sunday.
