Here’s a polished version that keeps your original tone:
We booked this property at the last minute, and it was such a saviour! The property owner was extremely cooperative and helpful. He arranged everything we asked for, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the basic facilities were available, making our stay very convenient.
It is a good budget friendly option, bathrooms were clean.
