This apartment is unbelievably spacious for the price with a good sized living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The off street secure parking, security entrance to the building and the relative quietness of the area meant that security was not an issue. The apartment was clean and reasonably well furnished and incredibly comfortable. The location is brilliant. 5 minute in a taxi to the city centre so its close enough to be convenient but just far enough outside of it to be that bit quieter. A lot of Old Birmingham history in the vicinity which gives the place a lot of character too. An absolute bargain at what I got it for. I stayed 5 nights for a business trip and due to the excellent WiFi, spacious living room etc. I didn't need to hot-desk, saving an absolute fortune.

The place could do with a bit of tlc and a revamp of some of the furniture I feel might be in order - this is purely just a taste thing but I would lift the dark laminate and expose those amazing looking floor boards underneath too - if they paid a little more attention to detail this would be the find of the century - none of this should detract from how great this place is though
