Thanks to the owners, who have designed and structured it, the villa features a mix of colors, light and flares, making you feel at home.

It is characterised by a modern style and it develops on one floor.

The building that features a predominance of white color is surrounded by a lush garden characterised by the typical Mediterranean vegetation.

Inside we find a large living area which comprises living room, dining room and kitchen creating an open-plan space, emphasised by the natural concrete floor and the large windows that redefine the interior space so that it becomes one with the outside. An elegant style is also evident in details, art pieces carefully arranged to emphasise the decorative impact and design furniture. The villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom recalls the essential and refined style that distinguishes every room. The bathroom has a particular shower/bath tub, always made with natural cement and it gives the place an exotic and elegant note at the same time.
