Upgrades include new luxury vinyl flooring, fresh paint, new bathroom vanities, lighting, toilets, shower heads and more. The exterior and backyard were equally designed for lounging and recreational space with no maintenance. We have a keyless entry system and will provide a four digit access code to guests and instructions on using the pad at that time.
