Enjoy a wonderful break for two in this exceptional holiday home by the sea.

Discover a place where industrial heritage has been transformed into exclusive living culture - the converted solar diesel oil tank Fritanken in historic Ny-Hellesund. Experience how everything in the interior has been adapted to the circular shape of the accommodation. Enter the light-flooded living room and enjoy the view through the curved windows, whose shape follows the points of the compass. Prepare a meal together in the small, customised kitchen and read or write in the hand-crafted desk niche. The narrow staircase takes you to the upper floor. From there, let your gaze wander over the sound from north to east.

Step out into the private outdoor area, just a few metres from the sea. Sit in the sunshine from dawn to dusk, listen to the gentle sound of the waves and feel how tranquillity and closeness define the day.

Discover the maritime history of Ny-Hellesund, one of Norway's best-preserved coastal towns. Follow in the footsteps of the artist Per Fronth, who found inspiration here and designed the Nobel Peace Prize diploma for Barack Obama. Let yourself be carried away by the clear air, the rocks, the sea and the tranquil beauty of the beautiful Norwegian archipelago.
