Traveling nurse friendly. Just minutes from Franklin and Sylva hospitals. Imagine enjoying all the area has to offer like the lake activities, kayaking, water tubing, jet skis, and the nearby scenic drives,trails and hikes with an abundance of waterfalls with gems and gold for you to discover around every corner. Fine dining and shopping, gambling and ski resorts. Then coming home to your private beautiful and rustic cabin with an amazing 41ft waterfall and fire pit on the creekside patio after your fun filled day in the smoky mountains. You will have all this and more at your fingertips. Wide open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings and large picture windows to relax and watch and hear the falls from inside with a cozy fire inside or outside and ample space to invite friends and family for an encapsulated evening in a serene setting.

This is a nice property. Neighbors are close on one side and only really noticeable if you are outside which you will be because of the waterfall. Not a man made waterfall - a true beautiful, peaceful breath taking waterfall right off the back deck. The house gives off very vintage cabin cottage vibes. All bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bath and then there is another full bath downstairs. If you are coming with several people, pay close attention to the layout of the bedrooms. The house is dog friendly although not too many places to walk them that aren’t private properties. There are no food deliveries which isn’t a problem, just plan ahead. I would stay here again for the view alone and all of our guests agree.

Had a great stay and loved this property. The waterfall was great and kids loved playing in the creek. Location is perfect and very convenient to both Highlands and Franklin. We will definitely book this cabin again!

We spent Thanksgiving there and had a great time! My sons said it felt like home. The location is beautiful and the house is cozy. The pictures don't do the waterfall justice. Very cool property. Close to Franklin and Highlands and lots of waterfalls/hiking! We'll definitely be back!
