We arrived around 7pm after a drive from NC to FL. The lockbox containing the door key had a damaged keypad; after almost 45 minutes of confirming for the host that we are capable of operating it, maintenence was sent. After that 30 minute wait, and another 45 minutes of him attempting to break open the lockbox and contact a locksmith, he decided around 9pm to drive the 30 minutes one way for the spare key.We went to grab a late dinner and were finally able to access the condo around 10pm.All of that said, the condo itself is VERY well-equipped. Most things you probably have at home are provided.Laundry detergent and softener, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, dishwasher pods, ziploc bags...even a first-aid kit under the bathroom sink!!

Everything was exactly as listed. This property is in a great location to everything we wanted, beach, golf, restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
