An unexpected upgrade was a delight. The room was amazing. Wall length desk. Couch and chairs. Refrigerator. Large video screen. Jacuzzi!! Walk in shower. Temperature control kept the room at selected ambiance by Bluetooth! Tech was great. Had dinner and was impressed with the kind service. No wine, so we went across the street to a beat western restaurant. They arranged transfer from airport and back again. Nice!

Best service of the reception and manager on duty, I ever experienced in Istanbul. Customer oriented, straight and honest with a safe transfer to airport, really well organized. The breakfast was amazing, the location near to the Green Mosque is simply the cherry on top. Best deal what i ever had in Istanbul!
