Casa Cao is located in a quiet residential area in the town of Nurachi. The apartment is located in a main but completely independent structure, with a large terrace and solarium. In sharing it will be possible to use the beautiful garden, equipped with an outdoor shower, barbecue and wood oven. The short distance from the most beautiful beaches of Sinis, the tranquility of the neighborhood and the easy accessibility to all necessary services, make Casa Cao the best option for a stay in one of the most unexplored areas of Sardinia.
The area where we are located is very quiet, on the edge of the town, with little traffic and quiet. The area is very safe and there is a lot of greenery around: a few meters away there is the countryside with olive groves, vines, etc.
The town offers all the services such as a bar, tobacco shop, typical Sardinian trattoria (“Il Boscaiolo”), gas station, bank, ATM postamat, pharmacy, market, etc. In addition, it is still possible to buy products at 0 km directly from the producers. A few meters from Casa Cao there is a kindergarten where it will be possible to use the baby parking service. Everything is also within walking distance.
