Curb appeal is less desirable. Hasn't been mowed in months. The carpets were stained, and all the white bath towels had stains, even though they were clean. Musty smell all through the house. Bought an air freshener/deodorizer. Had a clothes steamer but needed an iron, which we purchased, and we bought a coffee pot that we left there. They have an espresso machine, but we could not find any pods for it. This was the reason for the coffee pot. The host was accommodating when asked for propane for a backyard gas grill and answered any questions promptly. The propane was delivered and ready to go. Made a great BBQ day for our Family. The foosball table needs repair or replacement, as it is unstable and obstructs the living room. Would've preferred a coffee table instead (in photo on website but not there) of some kind to accommodate drinks, snacks, etc. Safe place, easy to shop, and walk to the Safeway grocery store.
