Wonderful apartment close to everything in Nice. Roxanne, our host was wonderful and provided us with suggestions for restaurants and shopping. We had a great vacation.

This is our third time at this place, it’s like our home away from home. Roxanne is the best host you could ask for. It’s a beautiful, quiet, comfortable place and it’s perfectly located. It’s perfect!

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of closet space. The location couldn't have been better! Roxane was a wonderful host! She gave us a list of great restaurants and we tried them all!Our favorite was Boccasio. Roxane went beyond the call of duty trying different ways to ship my wallet that I left behind at the apartment. I can honestly say that she was more than a host, she was also a tour guide by giving us schedules of events happening during our stay in Nice. We're going back next year!

We stayed in this apartment in August 2021. We are well-travelled but this was absolutely the best customer experience ever. The jewel of this apartment is property manager - Roxanne. She is so precious, caring, loving, professional, helpful and awesome. All communications from her side before, during, and after the stay were top level. She is beautiful both in her soul, and in her appearance. She is very professional! Apartment itself is also good. SUPER CLEAN and sanitized! Good location: beach is in front of apartment. Apartment is facing beautiful quiet garden, has beautiful terrace. Clean private garage. We would love to stay here again when visiting Nice!
