There are two common jacuzzi locations:
One on the rooftop near the lobby, accessible by elevator
One on the ground floor next to the pools
These are standard jacuzzis rather than instant-heating hot tubs. Water requires approximately 3–4 hours to reach a warm and comfortable temperature and does not become extremely hot.
Jacuzzi maintenance takes place every Thursday and requires approximately 1–2 hours for cleaning and water-quality adjustments. This maintenance schedule cannot be rescheduled.
Optional ATV Service
An ATV service is available for guests interested in exploring Tulum.
Deposit: $250 for an undamaged, intact, clean, and fully fueled ATV
Personal handover fee: $25
Please request the ATV service at least 48 hours in advance
