We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The house was immaculate from top to bottom and one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Everything being on one level was a huge bonus and made unloading luggage and settling in incredibly easy.Jimmy was a fantastic host. He took the time to stop by and introduce himself, which was greatly appreciated, and made it clear he was available if we needed anything during our stay. The pool was perfect, and the entire property was exceptionally well maintained. We loved having access to the pond and paddle boat, which added another fun activity during our stay. The location was also ideal, allowing us to easily explore Austin, Waco, Fort Worth, Dallas, and the surrounding areas while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we could have needed. The only items we noticed missing were a pizza cutter and kitchen scissors, which were such minor things that we picked them up for future guests to enjoy. The outdoor living area was one of our favorite spots and where we spent a lot of our time relaxing. If we had one suggestion, it would be to add a couple of pool loungers for sunbathing by the pool. The existing seating was great, but a few loungers would make an already amazing outdoor space even better.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. The home, pool, and grounds were all beautiful, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was absolutely beautiful, we had everything we needed and wanted. The host was very friendly and helped with many questions that we had. You can tell the home is loved, and the homeowners take very much pride in it. If you have many people and need a big place to stay this is it! Happy travels.
