Welcome to The Stillwood Retreat, a stunning 1,700 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom cabin tucked among the towering pines of Bailey, Colorado. Designed for comfort, connection, and year-round adventure, this modern mountain escape blends peaceful seclusion with thoughtful details throughout. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub beneath the stars, playing a round of pool in the game room, or gathering by the fire pit, this retreat was made for creating lasting memories with family and friends.
Inside, the light-filled interior features soaring two-story windows, an open-concept living area, and stylish modern updates. The main-level primary suite offers privacy and convenience, while the upper-level bedroom and loft provide additional flexible sleeping space. Outdoors, every corner invites relaxation—whether it’s the upper deck overlooking the pines, the outdoor dining area beside the grill, or private trails winding through your own wooded acreage.

–Good to Know–
• Pets are allowed for $40/day, maximum $250 per stay (dogs only; no cats please). Please keep your dogs on a leash at all times. There are a couple of dogs that sometimes roam the area.
• No A/C (not common in mountain homes – enjoy cool evenings with open windows)
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days (additional guest expense)
• Please note there are 5 exterior-facing security cameras on site at the front door, garage, back side, front side, and far corner of house
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery

Property was found to be clean and well stocked with cookware, flatware, dishes, utensils, glassware, towels, etc.The outdoor spaces were well maintained and offered great views of the surrounding trees and mountain view. The walking trails were well marked and clear of debris which made it safe. Love the double A frame swing that was placed on one of the walking trails. If you sit quietly, you are likely to see deer, rabbits, squirrels and many different bird species.The appliances in the kitchen were top notch and loved that there was an automatic ice makerAny questions were answered immediately by the host, and we may be booking a 2nd stay!A few FYI notes: 1.) The road up to the property is dirt/gravel and a little bumpy, so a AWD or SUV may be the best choice of vehicle. 2.) The trash bins outside did not have a latch/lock, so be aware that local wildlife may get into the bins and make a mess. 3.) Not that you need it, but there is not an air conditioner.

Wonderful property! Hot tub was ready upon arrival. The trails have whimsical little attractions throughout. We were very pleased with the attention to detail and the amenities provided. Highly recommended if you want a woodsy and beautiful retreat!

The overall experience was really nice! The host interactions were fast and issues were resolved quickly. However, for the price that we paid the house could have been a lot cleaner and all the appliances and games should have been working. The first night we were there the oven was not working. The technician came out the following evening to find a melted power cord on the oven. He fixed it and the oven was working great! The next night I went to use the dishwasher and it didn’t work. There were dead flies, hair clumps and bugs throughout the house. In the arcade some of the games didn’t work.
