The property takes its name from the large handcrafted ceramic pinecone originating from the renowned town of Caltagirone.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with wi-fi. The house extends over three levels, each furnished with meticulous attention to detail. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen-living area with sofa and satellite TV, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with double washbasins and shower, and a laundry corner.

The basement level includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a small relaxation area with sofa, mini fridge and TV. The first floor, accessed via an external staircase, hosts an elegant sea-view suite with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. This suite opens onto a private terrace overlooking the coastline.

The outdoor areas are arranged with a harmonious blend of style and practicality. Two verandas offer dining space, seating areas, a barbecue with work surface, and a solarium furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs. The grounds include two private parking spaces.

A semi-overflow pool measuring 10 m x 5 m x 1.30 m, complete with outdoor shower, is set within the landscaped garden filled with ornamental plants and manicured lawn.
