● No smoking on the property, including vaping
● No parties or loud noise
● Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
● No pets allowed
● Only registered guests are permitted in the room, and no visitors are allowed to stay or visit.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property and possible fines.

• The owners have a very friendly lab named Rocky.
