The Space:

Here at Historic Comfort, you really take in the true history of St. Augustine! The history of the property is tied to the Flagler era, built around 1914 as a Colonial Revival style residence for Henry Flagler's personal physician. It was part of the Model Land Company subdivision and was built on land that had a long colonial history, bordering an 18th-century defense line. The house has since undergone a significant restoration to provide the comfort you need to enjoy your stay!

BEDROOM 1- Furnished with King bed, dresser, closet, and smart tv. Attached getting ready room with makeup vanity.



BEDROOM 2- Furnished with King bed, dresser, closet, and smart tv.



BEDROOM 3- Furnished with Queen bed, dresser, closet, and smart tv.



FULL BATHROOM 2- Full bathroom with walk in shower, accessed from the hallway.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire 3 bedroom home, fenced in outdoor area, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking with 2 designated off-street parking spots, and smart TV in all rooms!



The Neighborhood:

Historic Comfort is located right outside the center city. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer while staying out of the lous hustle and bustle. Surrounded by historic homes and beautiful scenery, you will have no problems settling into this quiet neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Historic Comfort is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home!



Driving to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The trolley picks up 1 block away at 38 Sevilla.

*An active Ring doorbell is installed at the front door of the home.
