Situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator, this bright and well-organized apartment includes:
a small bedroom with a double bed
a practical, fully equipped kitchen with removable cooktops;
a convenient shower room;
a cosy dining area;
a warm living room featuring a sofa bed.
For your comfort, the flat provides Wi-Fi, a TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.
Please note: there is a bar beneath the living room windows, which may cause noise. For light sleepers, we recommend bringing earplugs.
You will enjoy a prime location:
in the heart of the Montorgueil and Les Halles districts, known for their lively atmosphere, restaurants and shops;
close to La Bourse de Commerce and the Centre Pompidou.
A Franprix supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away—perfect for your daily needs.

Other major activities in the neighborhood are journalism and fashion. The 2nd is also famous for its Sainte-Anne street, known to Parisians as a haunt for typical Japanese restaurants and shops.
The 2nd arrondissement is also home to the galleries -- traditional covered passages lined with shops -- which are quite possibly the prototypes of today's shopping malls.
While the previously mentioned activities are all daylight activities, the eastern end of the arrondissement - notably the charming rue Montorgueil - has an entirely different reputation, younger and more dynamic.

The modern apartment near Les Halles was good sized over all, conveniently located and clean. Furnishings were minimal, with 2 small ottomans for seating, beyond the sofa bed and four bar height stools at the small table. One small table lamp was provided in addition to overhead lights and under-counter kitchen lights.
