PROPERTY DETAILS
This modern and comfortable apartment is bright, airy, and perfectly locate in the heart of Alexandra Headland. You are situated absolute beachfront, directly opposite Alexandra Headland Beach and the Surf Club. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with easy access from secure parking.
The beach and coastal walkway are right in front of the apartment, allowing easy access to either Mooloolaba or Maroochydore. The Alexandra Headland Surf Club and its stunning, patrolled beach are just opposite.
This 1 Bedroom Apartment includes:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Living Room: 1 x Sofa Bed
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with overhead fans in the bedroom.

Free and unlimited NBN high-speed internet
The verandah is perfect for outdoor dining, coffee, drinks, or simply enjoying the views while watching the world go by. With ocean breezes flowing through, you will rarely need the apartment's air conditioning.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking implements. All cutlery and crockery is provided. An ALDI pod machine is also available (pods not included).
To keep cleaning fees to a minimum, we provide:
Tea, coffee, milk, 3-in-1 body wash and hair, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet as a ""start-up"" to your stay. After this, you will need to purchase your own supplies.
We do not provide sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, etc.
All linen is provided, including beach towels, under our Premium Linen Service.
Amenities:
A 150-meter heated lagoon pool stretches the length of the resort, available for you to enjoy.
In addition, there is a separate pool, spa, children's playground, and well-equipped games room for your use.
Parking:
Parking is in the secure car park with a 2.1-meter clearance.

Strictly no smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside the building and clean up after yourself.
We ask for details of your group and the purpose of your stay upon booking.
We value our beautiful oceanfront apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If any party, event, or function occurs, or if we receive complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and may ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
The cleaning charge for your stay covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smells/burns, you will be charged for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.

Room was neat and clean. Well located, a short walk to quite a few places.Took a few days to discover the batcave entrance that got you out (and back in) directly to the street. Was a lot more convenient than walking right around.Hint: There is a combined washing machine & dryer in the bathroom, so you don't need to rely on the communal one mentioned in the ad. This would have been handy to know beforehand, as we would only have brought half the clothing.There was an issue with the keycards to the room "expiring" halfway through the stay, but thankfully a very helpful bloke came out (on his day off) to sort out the problem.Would stay there again.

Parking was not where it is stated on information email. When the spot was found it was ok. Apartment smaller than first thought but has had lots of improvements to kitchen, bathroom and bedroom cupboards.
