When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space and kitchen area. This is entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake from every angle. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee.
After a long day on the lake, settle into one of our seven bedrooms:
(1) Our first bedroom is complete with a Queen size bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom has 2 Twin bunk beds and nearby bathroom.
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed and a nearby bathroom.
(5) Our fifth bedroom is an upstairs loft and has a Queen size bed and closet.
(6) Our sixth bedroom is downstairs and has a Queen size bed and a closet.
(7) Our seventh bedroom is downstairs and has two Queen size beds, a Smart TV, and a closet.
Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Our home is located at the end of a long dirt road.
Other Things to Note:
★ 4WD vehicle is recommended.
★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.
★ Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access. This restriction is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which prohibits private docks from being used for commercial purposes, including short‑term rentals.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

The house overall was great. The proximity to the lake was also great. The supplies for the stay was not nearly enough for a stay with an almost full house, we had to go out to purchase more trash bags and dishwasher pods. The path to the water was unstable and the area at the lake entrance was overgrown with weeds. The trash hadn't been picked up before our arrival, so we had nowhere to put any trash, and despite notifying them the day after we arrived it still wasn't picked up during our stay and we continued to have to deal with no place to store trash. The internet regularly went out, though that's not overly surprising with a house that far out.The interactions with the rental house and maintenance was very friendly and prompt and we overall enjoyed our stay, just could have been some more improvements and very expensive for those struggles.
