A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
The "La Nube" Experience
Welcome to La Nube ("The Cloud"), a designer condominium in the heart of Santa Fe that lives up to its name. Soft, airy, and intentionally calm, this 3-bedroom retreat brings the "Japandi" aesthetic (Japanese minimalism meets Scandinavian warmth) to the high desert.
Located in the secure, gated San Mateo community, you are in the "sweet spot" of Santa Fe: walkable to the best local markets (Trader Joe's is practically your neighbor), but tucked away in a quiet sanctuary with a sparkling seasonal pool. Whether you are here to work remotely from the sunlit office, explore Meow Wolf, or just escape the heat, La Nube is your stylish basecamp.
The Space: Designed for Calm
Every inch of this home has been curated to lower your stress levels the moment you walk in.
• Living Room: Sink into plush, neutral furnishings and stream your favorite movies on the Smart TV. The living area opens to a private balcony—perfect for sipping your morning coffee in the cool mountain air.
• Work Ready: We know the modern traveler needs to stay connected. The dedicated office space features high-speed WiFi and a quiet atmosphere, making Zoom calls a breeze.
• Climate Control: Unlike many historic Santa Fe homes, La Nube features Refrigerated Air Conditioning to keep you cool all summer long.
Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 5)
Rest is the priority here. All beds feature premium mattresses and high-quality linens.
• Primary Suite: A spacious retreat with a Queen Bed, en-suite bathroom, and minimalist decor.
• Bedroom 2: A serene guest room featuring a comfortable Queen Bed.
• Bedroom 3 (The Office/Flex): A versatile space featuring a large desk and a cozy Daybed (Twin/Full size), ideal for a solo traveler, child, or afternoon naps.
Chef’s Kitchen & Dining
Skip the restaurant wait times and cook like a local.
• Fully Equipped: Stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher) and all the cookware you need.
• Coffee Bar: Stocked and ready to fuel your Santa Fe adventures.
• Dining: A beautiful wood table that seats 6, perfect for family meals or game nights.
The Community: Pool & Security
• The Pool: Guests have access to the community pool (seasonal)—a rare and coveted amenity in Santa Fe!
• Gated & Safe: Enjoy peace of mind in this quiet, gated complex with free onsite parking.
The Location: Midtown Convenience
You are staying in the vibrant Midtown district—the new "local's favorite" area of Santa Fe.
