Tucked discreetly behind the old marble quarry that once shaped this corner of Sicily, Casa Pietra Bianca offers a contemporary retreat just 1.5 km from the shimmering waters of Cornino Bay and the unspoiled scenery of the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve. Arranged on a single level, the property opens into a spacious kitchen-living area equipped with modern appliances, a dining space, and a bright lounge that flows directly onto a generous veranda. This outdoor area is arranged for leisurely meals in the open air as well as relaxed afternoons on deep, inviting sofas.

The sleeping quarters comprise three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Every room includes air conditioning and mosquito screens to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the warmer months.

A 5 x 10 metre swimming pool forms the heart of the outdoor space, bordered by a large sun terrace furnished with loungers, a shaded gazebo, and an outdoor shower. A gas barbecue is also provided, making al fresco dining an easy pleasure.

Casa Pietra Bianca is furnished in a modern, practical style with comfort in mind, and its enviable position allows guests to reach local highlights with ease. Custonaci and its shops lie just 3 km away, while Cornino’s seafront promenade offers a selection of cafés and restaurants. The celebrated beach town of San Vito Lo Capo is approximately 30 minutes from the property.
