Welcome to Doheny Sanctuary, we're Yuliya + Tim, and we're here to host your modern hillside retreat designed for connection, creativity, and the simple joy of slowing down.

Perched high in Hollywood’s iconic Bird Streets, this architectural home offers complete privacy, sweeping views, and beautifully considered spaces that invite you to unwind. With soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and sunlight moving through the home all day, Doheny Sanctuary feels like a breath of fresh air from the moment you step inside.

As travelers embrace “Readaways”, vacations centered around reading, resting, and meaningful time with loved ones, our home has become a favorite setting for guests seeking a screen-light, soul-full escape. Whether you’re diving into a new novel by the pool, sharing stories by the fire pit, or sharing a meal at the dinner table, the property is designed for moments that bring people closer.

The chef’s kitchen (with Viking and Miele appliances) opens seamlessly into the family room and outdoor patio, creating an easy flow for group meals and relaxed gatherings. Multiple lounge areas and ensuite bedrooms offer privacy when you want it, including a master suite framed by city lights that sparkle after sunset.

Outside, an infinity-edge pool and hot tub spill into panoramic views of Los Angeles—the kind that make mornings peaceful and nights unforgettable. Enjoy a quiet walk through the Bird Streets, or take a short drive to world-class restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife just minutes away.

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a friends’ getaway, a reading retreat, or an extended stay, Doheny Sanctuary is more than a place to stay—it’s a place to reconnect with yourself and the people you love.

We encourage you to ask any questions and can’t wait to host you x
