Alassia 16 by Ezoria Villas is a modern three-bedroom retreat where ease meets coastal charm. Designed with space and light in mind, the villa opens into an airy living, dining, and kitchen area that flows seamlessly outdoors, to a private pool, sun drenched terrace, and garden made for slow afternoons and open-air dinners.

Upstairs, three thoughtfully designed bedrooms invite rest and reflection: a master suite with sea views and ensuite bathroom, a second double with pool views, and a third with views stretching to both pool and sea, perfect for quiet moments or creative pauses.

Outside, a private pool (6.5m x 3m, Depth 1.45-0.80) glimmers under the Cypriot sun, framed by loungers, shaded seating, and a traditional charcoal BBQ for long, unhurried meals. From morning swims to sunset gatherings, the villa invites a rhythm that feels both effortless and restorative.

The location balances peace with proximity. A secluded beach lies just a short stroll away, while the Blue Flag sands of Fireman’s Beach can be reached within minutes. Local bakeries, markets, and tavernas are close at hand, with the lively heart of Protaras, Fig Tree Bay, its water sports, and vibrant dining, just a short drive away.

Whether lounging by the pool, sharing dinner under the stars, or wandering barefoot to the shore, Alassia 16 by Ezoria Villas is a sanctuary of modern comfort and quiet luxury, an invitation to pause, to reconnect, and to create memories you’ll return to, again and again.
