Location was great
The balcony door was broken, and the bed was separated in between which was totally uncomfortable

The location was very good. The apartment was done up without added embellishment and with restraint. The balcony was a bonus. The sheets were clean, as were the towels. Checkin experience was good too.
Cleanliness of the bathroom and its overall maintenance could be much better. My geyser didn't work, the shower was almost clogged, and the floor was always wet. Not great drainage I assume.
I had an early checkout, and my bills weren't ready even though I had asked for them ahead of time. That caused stress.
