Great location within walking distance of shops and the train station, and good sized place to stay in Leamington Spa! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated the washing machine. The hosts were very responsive and sent a fan which was much appreciated during the heatwave.
It would have been nice to have basic cooking items such as oil, salt and pepper and kitchen foil, though it was easy to buy it from the shops down the road. The place felt a little tired and worn but it was clean and comfortable.

The place was perfectly located with regard to the town: scarcely fifty paces and we were on Regents Street and a lead in to the Regency element. All the features and fittings were fine: bar a dripping tap! The main A452 road passed by directly but did not bother us as the bedroom was to the rear. We made use of the excellent gas and electric combined cooker.
To describe it as having free parking was a bit disingenuous. Free when you arrived but for 2 hours only! Warwick District Council are the most rapacious souls I have encountered. 24 hour payment for parking: 7 days a week and 24 hours a day! Not the property's fault but the descriptor......
In the detail, it needs a non-slip mat for the shower as my 77 year old wife refused to use it as she did not feel safe.
On the whole, it really was a find!
