Palmea Suites

The beds were comfy, the decor was very tasteful, the pool was wonderful for swimming, and everything felt very new. The self-catering facilities were brilliant – a fridge, microwave, kettle, plus chopping board and so much more. Really useful, and top quality. Very clean, and useful towels, robes and beach bag in the room.

Breakfast was a HUGE disappointment, especially for the price of the accommodation. I would have expected proper espresso coffee (not Nespresso machine coffee); fresh-to-order hot food made by a chef (not heated-up package pancakes or a flavourless omelette); plus a buffet selection of pastries, yoghurts and food (there was nothing extra offered). It didn't feel generous or high-quality. I arranged with the accommodation to book a transfer for our journey back to the airport. But, when it came time to be picked up, nothing arrived. I chased them and they claimed the taxi was stuck in traffic, but I think they'd actually forgotten to book one. This meant we were late, nearly missed check-in closing time and got to gate just as the final call was made. It's so crucial they don't make mistakes like this! No bar by the pool – a missed opportunity for them and made it a bit less relaxing/fun for us. The accommodation should probably should be adults-only. Children arrived on our final day and were quite loud when sitting in our private pool area, and quite disruptive in the pool.

The accommodation is lovely, it’s new and equipped to a very high standard with all brand new equipment including microwave, washing machine & kettle. We had a suite with our own dip pool which was gorgeous. The staff are fantastic and will go above and beyond to help. The breakfasts are great, fresh and plenty of it. The young lady who cooks your breakfast is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

The only thing to raise is that the soundproofing between rooms above and alongside could be better for a new build. The start of our stay was great as we had quiet couples around us but the second half of the week we had young children above us and next door and it was noisier.

My friend and I had the most amazing stay at Palmea Suites. The property is absolutely gorgeous, especially the pool area! Everything feels so new and luxurious. The breakfasts are lovely and everything is cooked fresh each morning. All the amenities are amazing, including lovely fluffy robes and slippers, great toiletries, beach towels and beach bags. The kitchen has brand new appliances like coffee machine, air fryer and washing machine. The location of the property is great, everything you need is in Pefkos including lots of amazing restaurants, supermarkets and beaches, as well as Lindos only being a 10 minute drive away. Maria is a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, we could not have asked for more. She helped us book transfers and excursions and was always on hand for any questions or help we needed. All the other staff are also really lovely. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Rhodes

Nothing!
