I really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable room, which provided a relaxing space for me to rest. I also appreciated the food and the fast service during my Lab programme there. The city view was another highlight and made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The staff, especially the housekeeping team, could be more friendly and welcoming towards guests. In addition, the elevator is quite slow, making it time-consuming to travel between floors. Improving the elevator efficiency would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Had a great stay at The Everly Lhesson Kuching! The best part is definitely the location as it is indirectly connected to Vivacity Megamall, making shopping, dining and entertainment so convenient. The hotel is new, clean and modern, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Perfect for a hassle-free stay in Kuching, especially with kids!
The only downside was the bathroom. The ventilation could be better and the shower area tends to get quite wet as there isn’t enough of a barrier to prevent water from splashing out. A glass door or shower curtain would definitely help keep the bathroom floor dry and make it more comfortable.
