Lovely quiet location, own parking space at rear and a safe garden for our dog to enjoy
We had a problem with the boiler which was really smelly but they tried to fix it but needed parts and was condemned as dangerous to use so we had to come home early(just one of those things that happens)

A cosy, but spacious cottage, really clean and well equipped for all seasons. Comfy beds and full kitchen facilities. Lovely village with a local shop and friendly pub, with easy access to the coast and local towns.

Great location.
The garden could do with a spruce up!

The location was great to get to Sandringham or the seaside. The house is easy to find with parking at the rear.
The house had everything you might need including a well thought out welcome pack- the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.
Just open the downstairs door carefully as it opens outwards and can hit the light if you aren’t careful!
