Location was excellent, walking distance to Akihabara and Ueno to save the hassle of missing last train if you wanted to spend all night in these areas without worrying about staying out late or paying for an expensive cab. Excellent sized rooms for Japanese standards!
Only one key, and not exactly to the hosts fault but I should have seen this coming, upcoming tenants please be aware that there is no elevator here so you will have to bring your luggage up and down the stairway. Thankfully I packed relatively light so it was easy
