Location super good right opposite Sunny Hill ice cream with cafes right downstairs, and the apartment is very clean—crucial because me and my elderly parents have eczema and sensitive skin, but we didn't feel itchy at all! The air-con and water heater worked well, and the fridge, hot/warm water dispenser, plus towels and clothes hangers in the walk-in closet were all wonderful bonuses. (We brought our own shampoos, soap, hand soap, and extra trash bags for convenience, which worked out great!) Best part is they got high speed wifi, tested around 289 Mbps at night.

Check-in instructions were only sent on the actual day itself. The shower water pressure was quite low.
