Dorlan Hotel

Good location, Friendly staff, Good size of the rooms

My fiancé and I spent 5 nights at Dorlan Hotel in Kigali and had an excellent stay. The apartment was spotless and honestly much more beautiful than the http://booking.com advert shows. Housekeeping kept it fresh every single day. The meals were outstanding and breakfast had great variety to start each day right.Reception staff were warm, professional, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.If you are visiting Kigali, we recommend Dorlan Hotel.

Nothing though they might want to update their photos because the place really impressed us in person. It was worth every franc and we’ll gladly go back to them in future

Room was clean

I paid $60 for the room, but unfortunately the amenities were extremely limited. The only item provided was a toothbrush, and even that was already opened, I had to request a replacement. There was no complimentary water, no lotion, and no conditioner in the room. I was informed that drinking water is charged separately, and I ended up paying 4,500 RWF for it. Breakfast was not served as a buffet, and several items listed on the menu were unavailable. Overall, the experience did not reflect good value for money considering the price paid. I expected a better standard of service and basic amenities at this rate.

Room was good and clean

I have paid 60$. But No animates at all. No lotion, No conditioner, no water, Hot water was not working, no tv channel (There is canal plus but not functional since payment was due. The toothbrush I found was an opened one. The team told me that I have to pay for drinking water. Breakfast was not buffet.
