The 24/7 reception was very good for collecting the keys upon arrival, and also for deposing them very early in the morning on the day of the departure. Nice people and good communication with the host. The room was very nice, clean and it had modern facilities. Also a nice skyline 7th floor view from the balcony.
An aspect that did not concern directly the accommodation - the building next door was undergoing renovation and at times the noise was pretty loud. However, the double-glazed windows offered a good sound insulation and the discomfort was minimized.
