Très bien situé, à 5 mn à pieds de la rue Mouffetard et dans une rue très calme. L’appartement était très propre et les loueurs très réactifs à nos demandes.

La chambre en sous-sol, bien que confortable, est assez sombre et dégage une légère odeur d’humidité.

excellent location. Les Gobelins metro station is right around the corner.

Please more towels

The location is a 10/10, access was easy with no issue. There are many wonderful shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We loved how easy it was to access the metro and buses. The host was unproblematic and even though we had minimal contact they seemed easy to communicate with.

The double bed is below street level and is humid, dark and musty. This room has the only shower while the only toilet is near the kitchen and accessed from the bedroom by the steep staircase that has no rail. It sleeps 5 but really should not accommodate more than 2. The bathroom situation itself was very difficult to manage. The home was not very clean with dirty floors, crusty corners and fixtures. There was a contact lens from a previous guest in the sink. Only 5 bath towels for the duration of the stay with no hand towels or wash cloths. Overall very bare bones amenities. Hot water to the only shower lasts about 10 minutes, which is hard with multiple people. This bathroom does not have a door and instead is open to the already damp bedroom with only a curtain, so it was very humid after someone showered.
