Spacious house for our whole crew. Being on the river was great, and we loved the views from the decks. The fitness center was well equipped. The community pool was great. The drive into town was short. We loved all the varieties of birds we saw each day. It was great having the ramp to the house for our senior dog to use.
The A/C seemed to be warmer in the rooms on the left side of the house. The master downstairs on that side and the bunk room upstairs said they would be warm at night while all the other rooms complained it was so cold that they needed extra blankets. But, it was still cool and not enough to complain, just FYI.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the amenities such as the pool and workout room were great.
The dirt roads to get to the house was not expected. I’m sure they will be paved at some point. A tv in the game area so the kids could plug their game systems in. The tv in the bunk room was too high to do that.
