Clean, tidy and comfortable
The Location above a pub. The locals / gang were openly smoking weed hanging around the pub and entrance to the rooms. Quite noisy until late into the night.

Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, Price good for Nottingham.
Pests in the bathroom, Windows can‘t be opened, tiny bin for waste. First night , we had no water at all, not even from the tap on the second morning we were able to take a quick shower.
