L appartement était propre, accès à tous les magasins facilement, calme.
Les poubelles du voisins sur le palier avec la chaleur c était insoutenable l odeur, manquait juste un micro ondes pour parfaire le confort.

Best location in the heart of vieux Nice. It is so useful to explore the area and a lot of choice of restaurants and shops near by.
no elevator. It is a bit hard for people having a big luggages to carry on the top floor. If the travelers have a small luggage, it is the place to recommend.

The location was 10/10 for us. Super central. It was very easy to collect the keys. The flat was clean. The interior was cute.
We didn't really mind the elevator thing because we knew from the start. But the hallways had a very strong odor, which we couldn't take. We saw a rat a couple of times.
Now when it comes to the flat;
It was a little unpractical ( no hooks for the towels, some windows wouldn't close, the fridge had some issues)
Also, we didn't have towels for our hair and face. The windows were VERY DIRTY.
The flat was lacking toilet paper, napkins, and hand soap.
