The location was very good, easy to find, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The suite we stayed in was quite nice for a short stay.
There should have been non-slip stickers in the tub, and grab bars in the bathroom. Also, on the stairs to the lower level, which I was *not* notified of in advance, there should be a handrail on both sides.

I suggested I TV be added to the room and some more cooking supplies. At my 2nd stay at the location, a few months later, they had the TV and more cooking supplies.

It did have a kitchen
Bathroom dated and in need of upgrades, Bed against wall on one side, Not good sound proofing of upstairs residents. Steep stairs to access unit. Not super close to public transport.
