Location is great, especially when a supermarket is right below on the ground floor. Quite conveniently located.

It’s actually not the property but the Customer Service from Bookings.com. Those unprofessional people are almost hopeless between me and the landlord and provided almost none solution when there are issues, theirs attitude is pretty much “We can’t help, sort out your own shit” which is very disappointing and irritating without doubts. In comparison, Airbnb is so much more professional in all perspective as the original platform for short term rentals. Will never use Bookings.com for such booking in the future.
