Room was excellent, nice size, everything you need, location handy to eating/sights etc..
Nightclub every night, and after 11 nights gets tiring, across the alley from our room 9pm to 2am. Ear plugs are provided but thankfully we didnt need them, we didn't find the music stopped us from sleeping once we closed the balcony door. Just unfortunate not to enjoy quiteness sitting outside of an evening. Wifi can be a bit slow if your working too far from the modem.

The apartment is well-designed, the host is attentive, and the location in District 1 is as central as it gets in Ho Chi Minh City. I spent my days exploring and came back each evening to a clean comfortable space that felt like my own. One evening a few of us gathered in the room and put on a movie through the projector and it turned into one of the best nights of the whole trip. The whole area around Ben Thanh Market and Nguyen Hue Street has such great energy and being within walking distance of all of it made this trip one of my favourites.

Travelling light with carry-on only meant the washing machine here was essential and it delivered. The kitchen was equally useful for keeping costs down over a 10-day stay. The room was clean and the bathroom had all the basics including slippers. The projector was something I did not expect and ended up using every single night. The host communicated clearly and professionally. Tao Dan Park is a lovely short walk away for a morning run.
