This condo comfortably sleeps four+ across two inviting bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, a single fold out cot, a smart TV, ensuite bath with walk-in shower
Second Bedroom: King bed, a pack and play crib, plus smart TV. You’ll also have a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo—perfect for families.
The community’s newly renovated heated pool, family-friendly atmosphere, in-unit washer and dryer, and convenient covered parking add even more ease to your stay. Best of all, your price includes all fees—no hidden surprises.
From watching rocket launches on the beach to kayaking with dolphins in the Indian River Lagoon, exploring charming local shops, or spending days unwinding by the water, this unit puts you at the center of everything that makes the Space Coast unforgettable.

The condo is very well stocked for a great time at the beach….five folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and of plenty of towels. The back patio of the condo leads directly to the pool and you can have sun or shade all day long depending on your tastes. The 2 bedrooms were comfy and the owner has extra fans and a portable dehumidifier so the condo was very cool during our stay. We used the washer and dryer and both were in good shape. We didn’t do much cooking, as we took advantage of the local restaurants during our visit to see the SpaceX Launch. The fridge has an ice maker which was very useful, and a coolers for the beach as well!

The location and place were excellent. So clean and had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Pool access and beach access were incredible. Close to a lifeguard if you have little ones. Restaurant and activities for kids also minutes away. The house was so comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Hosts were also easy to talk to and very responsive. Thank you!
