Hello and welcome to our peaceful holiday paradise in Upleward/Krummhörn, close to the picturesque North Sea coast! If you are looking for a place where you can escape the stress of everyday life and relax in peace and quiet, then you have come to the right place. Our charming holiday flat, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, offers the perfect retreat for up to 3 people who want to explore the unique Wadden Sea and the North Sea coast, which is only about 2.5 km away.

The modern non-smoking holiday flat extends over a ground floor and an upper floor, connected by an internal staircase, and has a separate entrance. On the ground floor, a cosy living, kitchen and dining area with direct access to the terrace invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers all the amenities for a carefree stay. Upstairs you will find a lovingly furnished bedroom with a double and a single bed as well as a modern bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside, a separate terrace with barbecue facilities ensures relaxing hours in the open air. The holiday flat is given an individual touch by its location behind the dyke, where there is a dry beach, a bathing area, opportunities for surf fishing, a playground, a pizzeria and a kiosk (open seasonally). The immediate proximity to restaurants and shopping facilities round off the offer perfectly.

Discover the wealth of activities and excursion options in the surrounding area: mudflat hikes on the North Sea, visits to the East Frisian islands, trips to the nearby Netherlands or a visit to the Otto Museum in Emden. Sports enthusiasts can let off steam with fishing, surfing, cycling or kitesurfing. Historical sights, such as the 15th century Gothic church in Upleward or the world's crookedest church tower in Suurhusen, offer cultural insights.

Immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of our holiday home and be enchanted by the natural beauty of Upleward. Whether you want to explore the unique landscape, be active in sports or simply relax, our holiday flat is the ideal starting point for an unforgettable holiday on the North Sea coast. We look forward to welcoming you soon!
