Spacious vacation house located in a residence in the heart of San Teodoro. The flat can be situated on the first floor or on the ground floor with a garden, and it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a large living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the apartment provides A/C and 1 uncovered parking space. Beach distance: 2 km. °Floor cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours.
