This renovated two bedroom retreat sits on the edge of the Wildwood Trail that connects Washington Park and Forest Park. You will find this cozy in-law unit is nestled among the trees and foliage just over a mile from the heart of Northwest Portland.
Once you park, you will descend down the exterior stairs on the left to your immaculate two bedroom one bath destination that is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location. As you approach the door, you will see the covered deck and forested view with ample seating for your small group that is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Upon entering, you are greeted with a spacious living, dining, and a wonderfully stocked kitchenette area complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cook-top, microwave oven and more.
The two bedrooms and single full bath are situated immediately off of the main living area making it a perfect layout to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Portland and the greater Pacific Northwest has to offer.
You are just a short distance away from exploring some of Portland's most popular sights, such as Pittock Mansion, Hoyt Arboretum, The Oregon Zoo, The Japanese Garden along with nearby neighborhoods of Slabtown, the Pearl District, or Downtown Portland.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $50 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $150 (3 pets). Pets must not be left unattended at any time, even if crated. Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMEREA: Located over the garage of the main house - facing only the parking areas.
PARKING: There are 2 designated spots outlined in white. When parking a larger vehicle, the vehicle can be parked parallel - across the designated lines towards the top.

★ Tenants live on the property in the main home. Your 2BR / 1BA unit is completely un-shared private space though you may see them in the driveway area or with their dog.
★ The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
★ Heat and A/C are kept within a comfortable range year-round; no thermostat within unit. However, thermostat adjustments are possible upon request.
★ Please be aware that this area is in a traction tire / chain restriction area during the winter season due to the steep hills and elevation.

This is a beautiful place to stay! Peaceful, lovely, and very comfortable . My mother-in-law was with us and she says, "This place is WONDERFUL. It couldn't be cleaner!" I enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning, and my 5yo had no complaints The host communicated everything we needed to know. We didn't have problems but I have no doubt they would have been very helpful.

The furniture is all uncomfortable- inside and out. The lamp in the front room works inconsistently and the a bedroom bedside lamp was missing a bulb.There is no streaming unless you have your own account. That seems a bit cheap.The location is beautiful but you cannot walk anywhere due to the road having no shoulder and LOTS of traffic.If you’re staying for more than a long weekend the towels will need to be used over and over. You are given one per person.
