The beach is right across the street, the Gulf sunsets are spectacular, and this well-appointed 5th floor studio in Building 4 at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club is stocked with everything you need to simply show up and enjoy it. With a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a powered recliner for serious post-beach relaxation, a full dishwasher, and a screened balcony made for morning coffee and evening cocktails — this studio is a genuinely comfortable home base for up to 4 guests.
Building 4 sits in a quieter corner of the five-tower complex, offering a more relaxed, residential feel while keeping the beach, community pools, and all the area's best restaurants well within easy reach.
Maintenance to the property grounds, landscaping and irrigation systems are currently ongoing.
On-site amenities include two pickle-ball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations).
Property Update: Walkway and stairwell renovations buildings 4 and 5 are being upgraded — thank you for your patience during this time.
THE SPACE
This 500+ sq ft open-concept studio flows naturally from the kitchen through the dining and living areas and into the sleeping space, with a screened 5th floor balcony rounding out the layout.
The living area is thoughtfully furnished for maximum comfort — a queen sleeper sofa, a powered recliner, and a TV with cable, with the balcony just through the full glass sliding doors. Two seats, Gulf breezes, and a front-row view for every sunset: that's what the balcony delivers.
The sleeping area features a king-size bed with provided linens and a ceiling fan for added comfort, with a spacious walk-in closet to keep everything organized throughout the stay.
The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and an extended vanity counter — clean, practical, and well above the standard studio.
The fully equipped kitchen is one of the more complete in the complex for a Building 4 unit — refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, a drip-style coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances, with a dining table seating up to 4.

Condo was clean and very comfy. Well stocked. Didn’t really like the screen on the patio. A little disappointed in the grounds. I know it’s because of the hurricane, but thought it would be finished. Pool was very nice.

The location was very good. Easy to get to the beach and a few restaurants were walkable. The unit could use some updates. The faucet on kitchen sink was very loose as were the shower doors. The coffee pot seemed very old as did the couch. The beach chairs were unusable as they were either rusted out or the seats looked so thin we were afraid to sit in them. We had to rent chairs at the beach. It could be a much better rental if a few repairs and replacements were done.
