You are welcomed, via a covered arched terrace that is ideal for dining al fresco, into an open plan living area. Here, beneath a high pitched ceiling of wooden beams and overlooked by a galleried landing, a plump sofa and matching armchairs occupy a cosy corner. Beyond, a wide arch leads the way to a dining area, where a well equipped kitchen sits conveniently to one side.Three of the colourful bedrooms are upstairs, whilst the fourth sits under an impressive vaulted ceiling on the ground floor.

Appealing as the interior is, you will no doubt spend most of your time outside, since this ample plot offers a pleasing combination of wide terraces, an abundance of shady trees and a swimming pool that is thoughtfully fenced. Activities in the pool can be supervised from the covered terrace whilst on the other side of the house, a large open patio is home to an in-built barbecue. In between, a wide area of mature trees provides a welcome retreat from the sun.

With medieval Ciutadella just 5km away, the charming labyrinthine cobbled streets and arcaded squares of this delightful town are within easy reach, whilst a range of pretty coved beaches are a 10 minute drive from the house.
