Inside, the home unfolds into colorful, welcoming spaces meant for connection and comfort. The living room invites you to settle in with its soft seating and warm atmosphere, while the open kitchen and dining areas create a natural gathering place for cooking, lingering over meals, and enjoying slow mornings together. Large sliding doors throughout the home open to the outdoors, letting the sunlight drift in and blending the interior with the desert breeze.

Each of the three bedrooms in the main house offers a king bed and a calming sense of privacy, with doors that lead to peaceful patios or views of tall palms outside. The primary suite opens directly to the pool deck and features an airy ensuite with a soaking tub that looks out toward the water. A separate casita adds an additional king bedroom and bathroom, giving every guest a comfortable place to recharge.

Palm trees line the edges, framing the sparkling pool and spa, where the soft sound of a waterfall sets the tone for the day. The outdoor spaces are designed to be enjoyed from sunrise to nightfall: loungers for sunbathing, shaded spots for reading, an outdoor dining area beside a large grill for easy evening meals, and a fire pit lounge that becomes the perfect place to gather as the sky darkens. Thoughtful lighting carries the atmosphere into the evening, inviting long conversations under the stars.
