The perfect waterfront home with a retro flare!
The ultimate riverfront escape in beautiful Post Falls, Idaho! Nestled on a large property along the Spokane River, this unforgettable retreat is designed for outdoor lovers, thrill-seekers, and families ready to make lasting memories. Whether you're boating, hiking, or simply soaking up the sun, every day here is an adventure.

Bring your boat — the private dock includes a slip large enough for vessels up to 28 feet. Spend your
days swimming at your own private swim area with a protected wading area and a gradual stair step
into the water for the children, paddle-boarding, or cruising the river with breathtaking mountain views
as your backdrop. Lake Coeur d’Alene is just a scenic 15–20 minute boat ride away, offering easy
access to lakeside dining, beaches, shops, and vibrant amenities along its shoreline.

When you're ready to explore on land, a scenic Centennial Trail is just steps from your door, offering
the perfect route for morning jogs or family bike rides. There are two parks a short drive away with
hiking/walking trails as well.

After a day of outdoor fun, come home to a one-of-a-kind retro getaway, thoughtfully updated with
brand-new furnishings, a fitness center, and all the comforts of home. Unwind in the cozy living room by the gas fireplace, enjoy friendly competition in the game room with a ping-pong table, or relax outdoors in the private hot tub.

The outdoor space invites you to dine al fresco on the furnished deck, fire up the gas grill for evening
barbecues, or relax by the water’s edge with your toes dipped in the river. From sunrise to s’mores,
there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy the outdoors here.

Perfectly located near local dining, shops, entertainment, and just 10 minutes from Q'emilin Park’s boat ramp, this riverside haven offers the best of both tranquility and convenience. Mini golf is only 10 minutes away and a playground is nearby as well.
Whether you’re here to chase sunsets, reel in the big one, or simply reconnect with loved ones, this
