Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming living room featuring a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy evenings after a day of exploring. The cabin is tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing lake atmosphere throughout.
The spacious game room, complete with a woodstove and pool table, is perfect for family fun or friendly competition.
Outside, unwind in your private hot tub and enjoy the fully fenced yard, surrounded by towering pines.
In the summer, soak up the sunshine and enjoy free concerts at Lakeview Commons, or head out to hike, bike, and explore the mountains. In the winter, come play in the snow and experience world-class skiing just minutes away.

The guest of record must be 25 years of age
Per the City of South Lake Tahoe Permit the maximum occupancy is 6, 5 children up to the age of 13 are allowed
Parking: 2 vehicles only and they must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or front yard parking. The City of South Lake Tahoe Code Enforcement team strictly enforces the parking regulations.
Quiet Hours between 10:00pm-8:00am
Hot tub may not be used between 10:00pm-8:00am

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Our snow removal crews work every day, but we have no control over the county road snow plows that clear the roads.
4WD and or chains are always recommended. If you come in a small, low profile vehicle you may have difficulties.
Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries vanish)
